Alright, so if you don't know, Amelia and I are on the hunt for a new apartment. Mainly tring to get closer to the strip (our job), not have to deal with nearly as much construction or traffic, and find a nicer neighborhood. What do you think? Everyone should comment!!! Seriously, comments very helpful. Oh, the move is September 20th, so we also expect you to help us move.

Well--if you're getting this for the same money as the old place-and it's that much closer to the strip, then I'd say you're getting a deal. I love how it's laid out and the kitchen is GREAT--the bathrooms are huge.
All in all-it looks great to me-like someplace I'd rent if I were in the market.

I agree with Dee; good location, good price and a very nice place. I loved the video, you showed it so well. As long as it's going to work for you both, I say get it. Check that the comute works well for both of you (I think you already said it did on the phone). Love, Dad
