5 Star Service at a China Price

So as we had spent a couple of days in Macau, as is always happens on tour, you start to hear stories of places and things people have done. Some of the group had tried a culinary school outside of town and they boasted about how amazing the food was.

So not having a ton of other options some friends and I went there to try lunch one day. Damn, it was so good!!! We feasted on the most amazing meal ever. We were wined and dined by about 10 different waiters at our side. They feature different dishes by there students.

For lunch they do alot of there dishes and offer a good buffet as well. And for only 140 HK, which is like 15 US, it was well worth it. We first had the salad buffet that had a balsamic blue cheese crumble salad, squid and shrimp salad, fresh sushi, and other assortments of salads.

For my main course i chose the clams. They were broiled in white wine and lemon butter and were out of this world.
And for dessert, i got an assortment of dishes. The berry tort, rum raisin cheesecake, apple pudding. It was all to good, and a good way to get away from Chinese food.
